We know that every letter makes a sound, but in this activity every letter also makes an exercise! Check out this slideshow where I have assigned an exercise or movement to each letter of the alphabet. I have chosen exercises that start with the same letter they are assigned to which provides a natural opportunity for parents and teachers to practice letter sounds with their children and students while also providing a necessary and beneficial motor break!
